This course advances collaborative performance skills through large and small ensembles. Students perform repertoire from diverse historical, cultural, and stylistic traditions with stylistic awareness. Emphasis is placed on refining ensemble sound, communicating musical ideas confidently in performance, and demonstrating leadership in rehearsals. Rehearsals, performances, and written assignments support the development of professionalism, musicianship, and artistic maturity.

ENSM 150
Course Notes
Students without credit in ENSM 150 must complete an audition to confirm ensemble placement.
ENSM 200 is an approved Experiential course for Cap Core requirements.
