Students will apply the Land Title Act and the Land Titles Survey Authority practice and procedures to commercial conveyancing transactions, including commercial purchases, contract assignments, family transfers, manufactured homes, commercial lending, private lending and First Nations reserve land.
Prerequisites
LAW 101, LAW 110 and LAW 210; OR 45 credits of 100-level or higher coursework
