Students participate in a realistic hotel model/simulation that combines Food and Beverage and Rooms Division operations with finance, sales and human resources in order to be more efficient and competitive in meeting the needs of their customers. This semester long case study will challenge their knowledge and skills gained throughout their degree and concentration program.
