FIPPA compliance at CapU:
- Ensures appropriate collection, use, access, disclosure, storage, retention, and disposal of personal information by the university;
- Manages requests for correction of personal information in the custody or under the control of CapU;
- Employs reasonable security arrangements for the protection of personal information in the custody or under the control of CapU; and
- Receives and responds to complaints about possible unauthorized collection, use or disclosure of personal information.
