This course focuses on developments in poetry and poetics since the 1970s such as the long poem, serial forms, procedural writing, language-centred writing, ecopoetics, conceptual writing, visual poetry, prose poetry, documentarian forms, poet's theatre, guerrilla poetry, dialect and patois, and new media. Prerequisites
45 credits of 100-level or higher coursework including 6 credits of 100 or 200-level ENGL
