Late additions
Late additions deny Senate members the opportunity to consider the matter prior to the meeting and are therefore discouraged.
In general, they are approved only in unusual circumstances and require the approval of the Chair of Senate.
The Senate Administrative Assistant may not approve late additions to the Agenda.
