Student Housing

CapU Residence is located at 2420 Dollarton Highway and provides students with the option of living in one of three residence buildings.

Named for the local mountains, Grouse Hall, Cypress Hall and Seymour Hall include housing and amenities for approximately 290 students in shared and single accommodation, depending on demand. 

In Residence, we offer single and double occupancy rooms as well as apartment-style rooms.
