Are you facing food insecurity?

If you say yes to one or more of these statements, you may be facing food insecurity and could consider accessing support services to help meet your needs.

  • I worry that food will run out before I get money to buy more.
  • The food I buy doesn’t last long and I can’t afford to get more.
  • I can’t afford to eat balanced meals.
  • I eat less than I should or skip meals because I can’t afford to buy food.
  • I have gone a whole day without eating because I didn’t have money for food.

If any of these situations feel familiar, you are not alone. Resources are available at CapU and in the surrounding community to help you access food and additional support.
