Move More North Shore is an Active Health Prescription program for our CapU community.

The program is aimed at improving well-being for students or employees who are not currently physically active.

What does Move North Shore entail?

  1. Work with a student Active Health Coach to develop a two-month action plan for physical activity.
  2. Be connected with a physical activity of your choice.
  3. Receive support throughout the two months by identifying barriers, providing social connection, and lifestyle change/goal setting supports.

All prospective participants must currently be active for less than 150 minutes per week. Interested? Please contact janelleeisler@capilanou.ca to find out more and fill out your referral form!
