This course involves the study of electricity and magnetism, waves, physical optics, sound, and atomic and nuclear physics.
Prerequisites
PHYS 110 with a minimum C- grade, and MATH 109 or MATH 126 as a pre- or co-requisite
Course Notes
PHYS 111 is an approved Quantitative/Analytical course for baccalaureate degrees. PHYS 111 is an approved Science course. PHYS 111 is an approved Lab Science course.
This course is equivalent to PHYS 115 and PHYS 113. Duplicate credit will not be granted for this course and PHYS 115 or PHYS 113.
