This introductory course offers an exploration into the behaviour of individuals and teams within organizations. Through foundational theories and real-world applications, students will explore how people's behaviours impact organizational performance. Students will engage in collaborative activities and a team project to practice essential teamwork skills to enhance their ability to communicate and work effectively with others.

BADM 106 is an approved Self and Society course for Cap Core requirements.
BADM 106 is equivalent to BTEC 252 and LGST 124. Duplicate credit will not be granted for this course and BTEC 252 or LGST 124.
