About the Team
CapU women’s soccer has a rich history of success. They have won five CCAA national titles and numerous provincial gold and silver medal finishes. In 1999, the Capilano Blues were awarded the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Soccer Supremacy Award, presented to the CCAA’s most successful men’s and women’s soccer program between 1974-1999. The Blues women’s soccer program is looking to get back to the podium at the national championships.
"This award has helped take some of the financial stress off my shoulders, allowing me to put more of my time and energy into both my studies in kinesiology and soccer. Balancing university and high-level athletics is challenging, so this support truly makes a difference." – Isabella Bolognese
