This course immerses students in Strategic Management, a formal framework for developing and implementing effective business strategies. Students will draw on and integrate knowledge acquired throughout their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program, including accounting, finance, management, human resources, organizational behaviour, marketing, and production. Business Strategy is intended to be one of the final courses completed in the BBA program.
Prerequisites
84 credits of 100-level or higher coursework including BFIN 241, ENGL 100, BADM 395, and CMNS 220
