Accessing Your Email

You can access your Capilano University email using the webmail interface by following the instructions below.

1. If this is your first time logging in, please follow the Logging into Your Accounts instructions first.
2. Go to the Employee Email website, where you should see a Sign In page.
3. Enter your username (in the form of firstnamelastname e.g. johnsmith5) in the Username field and your password in the Password field.
   
   
   
   
4. Click sign in.
   
   
5. If this is your first time logging in using the webmail interface, you will be asked to choose your Language and Time zone. Click Save to save your settings and continue to your email.
