Capilano University Mac laptops can now be registered for access to the secure CapU-Employee wireless Network.
The CapU-Employee wireless Network is more secure than our public CapU-Guest or eduroam Networks and enables access to Capilano University applications that are not available using public Wi-Fi.
To access this network for the first time on your CapU issued Mac laptop:
- Open your Network settings and select CapU-Employee from the Network Name list.
Check the "Automatically join this network" if it not checked. - Click on your Wi-Fi icon to confirm you are connected to CapU-Employee.
If you are not able to see CapU-Employee in the Network list, your laptop has not been enrolled yet. Please contact IT Services to have your computer enrolled. You will need to provide your computer number.
