Once the Hiring Manager has received employment confirmation from Human Resources, a new employee (staff or faculty) will automatically have access to Employee Self-Service, eLearn, Employee Email, PaperCut,  and campus computers. Door access will also be granted within the hour upon obtaining an employee CapCard. For any other access, your DDA or manager will need to request access.

  • J drive (departmental network folder)

  • Departmental PaperCut accounts
