What you need to know to get started

Logging in the first time

All students and employees will have a licensed CapU Zoom account:

  • Navigate to capu.ca/zoom where you will select "Sign in" and then login with your Capilano University username and password. Note: In most cases, CapU single-sign-on (SSO) will have logged you in automatically.
  • If you already have a personal Zoom account using your CapilanoU email address, you may be prompted to select "switch accounts". This takes a few minutes and you will receive an email confirmation once the switch has completed.
