- Ensure that the student can receive other email; the student should contact IT Services if they can't receive any emails.
- Check that the student is enrolled in your course.
- Check that you are using the correct email address for the class list.
- If the student is enrolled in your course and you are using the correct email address, please contact IT Services for further troubleshooting.
Please contact IT Services with your current username and the desired display name.
Please note that this will only change the display name for your Capilano University email.
