OneDrive is a cloud-based document storage and sharing application.
Who can use it?
Faculty, Staff, Students.
What is the purpose of OneDrive?
- OneDrive is 1 TB per user and it's used to store work-related files for personal use.
- Work-related files that need to be shared with other faculty or students should be stored in an MS Team site.
- Files that need to be temporarily shared with external people can be shared via OneDrive.
- Instructors can sync OneDrive files to their CapU devices but it is not recommended to sync on devices shared with other employees.

Students do not have the ability to sync their OneDrive with CapU devices.
