Microsoft 365 Teams is a communication and collaboration tool. Teams allows users to create meetings that sync with Outlook, join virtual meetings, video call, screen share, and share files. Meetings and calls can be recorded for later reference.

Microsoft Teams is a program that allows participants to chat, video conference, share files, share device screens, and work collaboratively from anywhere. Teams is available to all CapU employees and students as part of the Office 365 suite of applications.
