Excel is a spreadsheet program available in Office 365 for Windows and MacOS as a desktop application as well as a mobile and web application. Excel allows for the creation of calculations, graphs and pivot tables.

What is the purpose of Excel?
Excel allows you to store, organize, and manipulate data in a number of ways such as summing columns and rows of figures, finding values such as profit or loss, calculating repayment plans for loans or mortgages, finding the average, maximum, or minimum values in a specified range of data.
Excel also has the ability to analyze data and report on patterns and trends. As part of the Office 365 suite users can easily collaborate using Excel online.
