Collapsed Topics applies the concept of 'toggled sections' in eLearn to provide a compact list of sections to the user which can be open and closed as required.
Who can use it?
Faculty.
What is the purpose of Collapsed Topics?
Collapsed Topics is a 'course format' for eLearn. This course format alters the way a course looks and can be interacted with. Collapsed Topics is an interchangeable topic or week based format that solves the issue of the 'Scroll of Death' when a course has many topics/weeks.
- One or more sections can be displayed at any given time.
- Toggles are persistent on a per browser session per course basis.
- If you have a course with more than fifty-two sections then currently the toggle persistence will not work for the fifty-third section and above.
