This course provides the student with a functional understanding of current human resources management concepts and applications in small, medium and large business. Special emphasis will be placed on the concept of human resources management being the responsibility of all management, not just the Human Resources Management department.
Prerequisites: 45 credits of 100-level or higher coursework, including BADM 106
