Bio

Mahta Khosravi (PhD, McGill University, 2005) is a mathematician whose main research is in the fields of stochastic analysis, microlocal analysis and data science.

Khosravi graduated in 2005 from McGill University with a PhD in Mathematics with Honours, then was a postdoctoral member at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey for two years.

Khosravi has taught various undergraduate and graduate courses as a mathematics professor at Johns Hopkins University and the University of British Columbia for 11 years prior to joining the faculty at Capilano University.

I have taught various undergraduate and graduate courses as a mathematics professor at Johns Hopkins University and the University of British Columbia for 11 years prior to joining the faculty at Capilano University.

Some examples of the courses that I have taught in the past are Differential and Integral Calculus, Statistics, Probability, Mathematical Proofs, Calculus of Variations, Vector Calculus, Complex Analysis, Real Analysis, Microlocal Analysis.
