Convocation Ceremonies

Convocation is the ceremony where you, your family and your friends celebrate the successful completion of your academic credential.

2026 Convocation Ceremonies

What is Convocation?

Convocation is a proud and memorable celebration where the university officially confers degrees, diplomas and certificates to graduating students.

It's a moment to recognize your hard work and achievements as you cross the stage in academic regalia, cheered on by family, friends and the university community.

It’s more than a ceremony—it’s the culmination of your journey and the beginning of your next chapter.

The 2026 Convocation Ceremonies will take place on June 9, 10 & 11, 2026.

To officially graduate from Capilano University, you must submit an Application for Graduation. To start your application, log in to your MyCapU account.
