At CapU, we know there's a growing need for students and graduates with more diverse skillsets. To meet this need, we're working hard to expand the work-integrated learning opportunities we currently offer.

Help your students develop their skills and employability

Work-integrated learning (WIL) gives students the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice. It is a way to enrich your teaching and set your students up for success as they connect with our external partners.

Opportunities can include applied projects, design challenges, work experiences, practicums, co-ops and service learning. Any of these WIL types can provide students with an opportunity to work with external partners. Please review faculty specific resources.

How to add WIL opportunities to your course or program

As an instructor, you can arrange WIL opportunities independently or in collaboration with the WIL team.

To learn more about how curricular WIL is structured at CapU, please visit WIL Resources and find more information about the global quality WIL framework followed by CapU (WACE).

If you're not sure where to start, reach out to the WIL team. They will support you in establishing the opportunity and its requirements.
