Capilano University champions a broad range of research activities: individual, collective, multi- and trans-disciplinary scholarly work as well as student research.
The Creative Activity, Research and Scholarship (CARS) Office builds research capacity through a range of faculty, student and external partner activities. It works across all CapU Faculties, campuses and learning sites.
The CARS team also provides dedicated support to the CapU Research Ethics Board (REB).

Public Acknowledgement of the CapU Research Data Management Strategy
The CapU Research Data Management Strategy outlines three focus areas for the university as it grows its capacity to support research data management. The strategy fulfils the university's institutional obligation as described in the Tri-Agency Research Data Management Policy.
