The Accessibility Advisory Committee invites new members to share their ideas and energy in shaping a more accessible and inclusive Capilano University. We are inviting expressions of interest for a two-year term beginning September 2025.
We are seeking representatives from:
- Capilano Faculty Association (1)
- Centre for Accessibility Services (1)
- Facilities Services and Campus Planning (1)
- MoveUP (1)
- Students (1)
Members will be selected to reflect the diversity of the University community and to meet the requirements of the Accessible BC Act. At least half of the Committee must be persons with disabilities or work in related areas, and at least one member must be Indigenous to Canada.

- Read the Accessibility Advisory Committee Terms of Reference.
- Submit an Expression of Interest form.
Final approval of appointments is given by the four administrative leads or their designates.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
