Concord Parking manages on-campus parking services.
Capilano University Parking ePermit Terms and Conditions
- ePermit is valid from the date and time selected on the time of registration.
- The University assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle or content, however caused.
- ePermit does not at any time guarantee an available parking space. No refund for the days when space is not available or days when ePermit is not used;
- Compliance with parking rules and posted signage is required. Some parking spaces require a special permit in addition to the ePermit.
- Vehicle may be ticketed or removed at owner's expense in the following instances:
- Failure to pay for parking;
- Vehicle leaking oil/gas (or any hazardous or noxious substances);
- Continuously sounding vehicle alarm;
- Non-passenger vehicle parked or hitched to passenger vehicle. No trailers, boats, motorhomes;
- Failure to display valid vehicle insurance (no plate or expired decal);
- Parked in fire lane or other restricted areas;
- Blocking roadway and pathways; and
- ePermits are not valid in reserved stalls and short term parking lot #7 and #10 at any time.
By purchasing an ePermit at Capilano University, you agree with above terms and conditions which are subject to change without notice.
The University uses LPR (License Plate Recognition) to patrol all campus parking lots.
ePermits are purchased via Concord Parking. A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple/Android Pay) and your vehicle's license plate number must be entered into the system to complete the purchase.
The following denominations of ePermits are available:
- Week (7 consecutive days from date of purchase) = $33
- Month (30 consecutive days from date of purchase) = $60
- Term (120 consecutive days from date of purchase) = $200
- Annual (365 consecutive days from date of purchase) = $350
Prices shown include all applicable taxes.
You may have up to three license plate numbers associated with your ePermit, but only one vehicle can park on campus at any time. Parking more than one vehicle on campus requires additional parking payment based on the applicable daily rate.
ePermits are valid at both the North Vancouver and Squamish campuses, except for short-term lots #7 and #10 in North Vancouver.
Some parking stalls are designated as reserved for certain groups and require approval from your respective groups (CFA reps for CFA members, MoveUP reps for MoveUP members, Parking Advisor for ADEX employees) in addition to a parking permit.
All refunds are processed by Concord Parking. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to process the refund request. Please email your refund request to help@concordparking.com.
Term ePermit (Valid for 120 days from the date of purchase or start date):
- The value of the permit will be refunded minus the number of months (or portion thereof) expired, multiplied by the current monthly rate.
- As an example only: Purchased on August 25 and returned for refund on October 18 would be calculated as: $200 - $120 (2 months @ $60/mth) = $80 refund
Annual ePermit (Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase or start date):
- The value of the permit will be refunded minus the number of months (or portion thereof) expired, multiplied by the current monthly rate.
- As an example only: Purchased on August 25 and returned for refund on December 18 would be calculated as: $350 - $240 (4 months @ $60/mth) = $110 refund
