This course examines the unique art of developing and writing screen products for children's film, television, and animation. Through a series of workshops, presentations, and screenings, students will gain insight into what makes successful children's programming and an understanding of the current youth screen landscape. Over the course of this class, students will develop a project for the children's market.

Prerequisites: MOPA 206 or ENGL 297
