Open Text Visiting Writer Series
Join the Open Text series for conversations with acclaimed writers about their work, creative practice and the craft of writing.
The Open Text series features events throughout the year, bringing writers to Capilano University to talk about their work and their craft with students.
Join us for two upcoming events at the Library, room 217:
- Lisa Robertson: Wednesday, October 7, at 6–7:30 p.m.
- Elizabeth Bachinsky: Wednesday, November 4, at 6–7:30 p.m.
This year’s Open Text series also celebrates CapU’s new Bachelor of Arts in Writing and Literature, a degree that brings together the study of literature and creative writing in one standalone program.
