Bio

Nick Jennings (MA, University of Birmingham, 2011) has taught in the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) department at Capilano University since 2014. He has previously taught in Russia, the Sultanate of Oman and the United Kingdom.

He speaks conversational Russian and French and is fascinated with pedagogical grammar approaches.

A dedicated vegan and organic gardener, Jennings developed a First Year Seminar course in Veganism and Sustainability, which he teaches at CapU each year. He is an artist, and a member of the Arts Pacific Gallery on Bowen Island, where he lives.

I predominantly teach advanced level courses specializing in research drafting, grammar and critical thinking components.
