Week of celebrating Asian Heritage Month
A look back at some of the images of CapU's 2022 events for Asian Heritage Month, May 24 - 27, 2022.
CapU held a series of events May 24 - 27, 2022 to honour the contributions of Canadians of Asian heritage who have contributed to making Canada the country it is today.
The line up of events was organized thanks to a collaboration between Capilano University, Capilano Students' Union, Capilano University Faculty Association, and CapU MoveUP staff. Students, employees and community members were invited to join in-person on online.
Imogene Lim, keynote speaker for Asian Heritage Month festivities, spoke about "Doing the right thing" and the influence this message has had on her life.
