Many students experience academic stress, personal difficulties and mental health challenges during their time at university. CapU's Counselling Services are here to help.
Counsellors are currently only offering appointments by phone or via Microsoft Teams; in-person apppointments may be available later in the Fall term. To see a counsellor, you can make an appointment by calling 604 984 1744, emailing email@example.com or booking online.
If you're looking for respectful guidance and support from an Indigenous perspective, connect with our Elder-in-Residence Program. Our Elders bring wisdom, cultural teachings and support to all students at Capilano University.
