Follow these steps to continue your Adult Basic Education (ABE) or College & University Preparation (CUP) courses at CapU.
Step 1. Register for classes
Returning ABE and CUP students must register in person (not online). If you are unable to attend registration, you can ask a friend or relative to register for you, but you need to download, fill in and sign a Release of Information Request (pdf).
Any current or returning (within 2 years) ABE/CUP student or any new ABE student who has attended an Information and Assessment session and who wants to add, drop or change classes can do so on the following dates:
|Wednesday||August 21, 2019||1:30–2 p.m.||Birch Building, BR377|
|Tuesday||August 27, 2019||1:30–2 p.m.||Birch Building, BR377|
|Thursday||August 29, 2019||9:30–10 a.m.||Birch Building, BR377|
|Thursday||August 29, 2019||1:30–2 p.m.||Birch Building, BR377|
|Tuesday||September 3, 2019||1–1:30 p.m.||Birch Building, BR377|
Step 2. Pay your fees
If you don’t pay your fees on time you may be charged a late fee or even deregistered from your courses.
Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents do not pay tuition fees for ABE courses.
You will still pay:
We suggest you pay any fees the same day that you register.
Find more information about ABE and CUP fees and the Adult Upgrading Grant (AUG) at Financial Aid & Awards.
Note: Applying to Capilano University does not guarantee a place in the program.
