Offered exclusively at CapU’s Squamish Campus, this 15-credit, part-time certificate blends foundational economics theory courses with deep insights into environmental policy.
In class, you’ll tackle pressing global challenges where economics and environmental interests intersect. You’ll work with your peers and think critically to achieve collaborative solutions, building your critical thinking, logical and rational reasoning, analytical and communication skills.
The areas you’ll focus on in the certificate are micro and macroeconomic theory, ecological policy, perspectives on the planet and Canadian environmental history.
