Summer Yoga Series – Monthly 

Ready to zen? Wrap up your day with some stress-release. Join Jessie for a 45-minute, beginner-friendly hatha practice.

The series will take place monthly throughout the summer on Tuesday, June 29, Tuesday, July 20 and Tuesday, August 17 at 5 p.m.

Each practice starts with a chance to connect with your CapU community. We encourage you to participate outside if you can!

Have you signed your waiver yet? If you didn't complete a waiver during the 2020-2021 school year, please fill out the CapU Department of Athletics Group Fitness Waiver (pdf) and send it to prior to class.

2020 Recreation movement

Virtual Fitness Programming

This past year, we have been participating in 2020 Recreation Movement, an online portal that allows you to access hundreds of live and pre-recorded fitness classes from Universities across North America.

The movement is continuing into 2021, so you can continue participating in the workouts.
