I feel blessed and privileged to share my experiences with students and to learn from them. I see my role as a facilitator and collaborator in each student's personal and professional journey.

Teaching for me is about unlocking the door to students' best selves, helping them discover and harness their unique talents while nurturing a spirit of empathy and compassion within them. My classroom is a dynamic space where academic concepts are combined with real-life examples, experiential learning, and fun.

Together, we explore the richness of our diverse perspectives and the value of a learning community, encouraging students to build confidence, increase self-awareness, and fully engage with the world around them.

My research interests lie at the intersection of management concepts and social sciences theories, focusing on their practical application within real-life contexts.
