Final Exam Booking Deadline
This is a reminder for students registered with Accessibility Services that the deadline for requesting final exams for the Spring 2024 term is Monday, March 25.
Please note that exam requests submitted after 4 p.m. on Fridays will not be processed until the next business day.
On-campus exams
For all on-campus exams, please submit an exam request a minimum of 7 days before the scheduled date. For all final exams, please submit your requests at least 10 days before the first day of the final exam period. Before your exam, please review the Student Responsibilities (pdf) document.
Request on-campus exam accommodation
Remote exams
For all remote exams (e.g. exams invigilated via Teams, Zoom, etc.), contact your instructor directly a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled date to determine how your accommodations (e.g., extended time) will be administered.
If your instructor is unable to provide accommodations remotely, please submit an on-campus exam request and in the notes section specify the details.
Lab exams
Lab Exams Accessibility Services cannot be utilized to invigilate lab exams. For lab exams, contact the lab instructor/supervisor directly 7 days in advance to set up your academic accommodations.
