Ready, Sweat, Go! CapU Rec is about having fun, being healthy and active and feeling included.
Our vision is for all CapU students and employees to meet the Canadian movement guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every week while having fun and making connections.
We aim to provide a wide range of options for our CapU community to get moving: whether that's through walking/running, racquet sports, yoga, basketball, soccer, zumba, bootcamp, and more.
During the spring term, we are offering both virtual and in-person services to support your well-being.
