Ready, Sweat, Go! CapU Rec is about having fun, being healthy and active and feeling included.

Our vision is for all CapU students and employees to meet the Canadian movement guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every week while having fun and making connections.
We aim to provide a wide range of options for our CapU community to get moving: whether that's through walking/running, racquet sports, yoga, basketball, soccer, zumba, bootcamp, and more.

Drop-in for the community
Community members who are not students, staff or faculty are welcome to attend CapURec intramurals, fitness and drop-in programs.
A fee of $5 per drop-in or $60 per term (Jan-April or Sept-Dec) can be purchased at the Centre for Sport and Wellness.
During Drop-in Gym times, students, staff and faculty are welcome to come shoot hoops, play badminton, try table tennis, spikeball, or even pickleball! Rent the equipment for free from the front desk by showing your CapU card!
Note: There will be no drop in gym times from July 4 – Aug. 19.
