Did you know that Canadians are recommended to achieve at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every week?

At the Centre for Sport and Wellness, we aim to provide daily options for everyone on campus to meet the guidelines, have fun, make friends, and improve their well-being at the same time.

Spring programs run from January 13 to April 9, 2020, with the exception of Reading Break (Feb. 17-21) and Basketball Provincials (Feb. 26-28).

Come shoot some hoops, play cricket, racquet sports or register for the Indoor Soccer League
