Portfolios will not be evaluated until an application for admission has been submitted for each program you want to be considered for.

Portfolios for Fall 2019 are due February 11.

Before you submit a link to your portfolio please read the directions outlined below carefully in order to avoid delays and disappointment.

All successful applicants to the Animation and Digital Visual Effects programs must have strong artistic skills and a desire to continually improve. This is an essential requirement of the industry and is, therefore, a prerequisite skill for the programs.

Step 1: Apply online for admission to Capilano University in advance of submitting your portfolio link (Important - you must apply for each program you want your portfolio to be considered for) - Admissions

Step 2: Read the portfolio requirements for each program located on the websites - for Animation programs - Animation Fundamentals, 2D Animation and 3D Animation and Digital Visual Effects.

Step 3: Submit your portfolio link by completing the form below. Remember to remove any password requirement to your portfolio before you submit your link.

If you are ready to submit your portfolio complete the form below including the direct link to your online portfolio and a valid email address. The email address you provide here will be used to contact you with the outcome of your portfolio assessment.
