If you need to have your password reset for any reason, you can reset your password yourself by following the steps below. This will update your password for Employee Self-Service, Employee Email, Ektron, Argos, Laserfiche, CRM, Sharepoint, PaperCut and workstation login.

Note: If you need to have your Banner (INB) application password reset, please contact IT Services.

  1. Go to Employee Self-service and enter your username in the Username field.

  2. Click Forgot Password?.

  3. When provided with the security question, type the answer in the Answer field and then click Submit Answer.

    Note: If you are not provided with a security question, it may be that you are logging in for the very first time. You should attempt to log in with your username and the initial temporary password provided to you. More information and instructions for initial login are on the Logging into Your Accounts page.

  4. When prompted for a new password, type the new password in both New Password and Re-enter New Password fields and click Reset Password.

    Note: Your password must be at least 6 characters long. It is advisable to choose a password that contains at least one letter, one number, and a special character.

  5. If a password was updated successfully, you will see the Main Menu of the Employee Self-Service.
