In order to host WebEx meetings or training sessions, you need to have a WebEx host account. If you only need to join another person's meeting or training session, you don't require a host account.
If you have a host account, follow the instructions below to log in to WebEx. Logging in to WebEx is not required in order to
join a WebEx session you were invited to.
The WebEx website offers hosts a variety of options for setting up
meetings, events or training sessions.
Each WebEx host has a personal room that can be used for quick meetings without the need to schedule or set up ahead of time. You can follow the instructions below to start the meeting and then invite others, but your personal room can also be accessed by going to its webpage. Your personal room's webpage is http://capilanou.webex.com/meet/username, where username should be replaced with your WebEx username (e.g. http://capilanou.webex.com/meet/johnsmith5).
