        High Intensity Interval Training with Andrea – Wednesdays: 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

        High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)—high energy cardio and strength intervals. A 45 minute Moderate-high intensity class that will challenge you with intervals of cardio and strength training. The class will include options to meet your level of fitness.

        Andrea Eby has been teaching fitness classes since her university days and currently teaches for the Districts of North and West Vancouver. She has a Master's in Physical Education and has over 20 years experience as a fitness leader, personal trainer and coach. Andrea also teaches Marketing courses in the School of Business.


        Forrest Yoga with Laleh – Tuesdays: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

        Forrest Yoga is a modern yoga style based on Hata Yoga, derived from some aspects of Sivananda Yoga, along with attention to alignment found in Iyengar yoga, and the heat and flowing sequence of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. The practice is founded on four principles: Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. The sequences of poses are designed to help you develop the skills to awaken each of your senses and as a path to find and remove the emotional mental blocks, which dictate and limit our day to day life.

        Laleh’s kind & gentle manner is well suited to leading students of all levels. Laleh has been focusing her practice solely on Forrest yoga for the past 2 years, receiving her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification in February 2017.

        Please supply your own mat for all classes.
