        Capilano Basketball League (CBL):

        Txayusem wins Capilano Basketball League

Txayusem, one of the First Nations teams in the Capilano Basketball League, won the 2017 Spring A Division – the league’s top tier. It is the third time that they’ve won the league, having also finished first in 2015 and 2013.

The CBL is a recreational and competitive basketball league that features some of the top men’s basketball teams across the North Shore and Lower Mainland. There are A and B Divisions, with both tiers featuring high-level players – several of which played at the college and university level.

The Txayusem championship team photo can be found on the CBL Facebook page, along with the photos of the B Division champs, Air Ballers.
