      In Person and Phone Sale Hours 
      Please note our hours may be amended (reduced or extended) during certain periods and during university related events. Please contact our office ahead of time to confirm open hours if you plan to visit us in person.

      Regular hours: 11 am - 3 pm, Monday through Friday in our administrative offices (Arbutus Building Room 106d).

      One hour prior to performance at the box office by the theatre (Birch Building at Capilano University) or at the venue where the event occurs (for off-site events).

      We are closed on all statutory and university holidays.

    • What methods of payment do you accept?

      Ticket orders must be pre-paid. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit and cash accepted.

      Where do I inquire about Lost and Found?

      Please contact the Security Office at 604-984-1763. Our ticket office does not retain any lost and found items. 

      What subscription packages do you offer?

      6-Flex: Buy tickets to six or more different shows in the season and receive a 15% discount.

      10-Flex: Buy tickets to ten or more different shows in the season and receive a 20% discount.   

      All performances must be booked at the same time to receive the discount. If you are unable to attend one of your chosen events we are happy to exchange for another performance if given at least 5 days notice.

      Do you provide wheelchair or easy access seating?

      Our theatre is wheelchair accessible. To purchase tickets for wheelchair or limited mobility seating, please call our ticket office at 604.990.7810.

      What discounts are available?

      A senior rate is available for those 65 and older and students with valid IDs.

      Groups of 10+ receive $2 off each ticket. In order to receive this discount, all tickets must be purchased by one person, using one method of payment and at the same time.

      Do I need a ticket for my baby?

      Due to safety regulations, a ticket must be purchased for children 2 or over. Ticket prices are $12 for kids under 12 except where noted. Children under 2, when seated on a lap, are complimentary but do still require a ticket. Please request a 'babe in arms' ticket from the ticket office when booking your event.

      What if I can't attend the show?

      We do not refund tickets but we will gladly exchange your tickets for another show if we are provided with the request 5 days in advance. Please contact the ticket office at 604.990.7810 to make arrangements.

      Can I purchase Gift Certificates?

      Gift Certificates can be purchased through our ticket office at 604.990.7810. They are available in any denomination, do not expire and can be used towards any performance that is part of the season presented by the BlueShore Financial Centre for the Performing Arts.
