This course introduces students to Canadian labour and employment relations. This includes both union and non-union work settings and some of the primary legislation governing those settings. Also studied is the interaction between unions and management and the resulting impacts on business. Course instructors use a combination of case studies, assignments, discussion forums and lectures to explore these topics.

Prerequisites: 45 post-secondary credits
