Universities Canada's Spring 2022 membership and board of directors meeting
President Paul Dangerfield was invited to join Universities Canada on April 26–27, 2022 in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, for the annual April membership and board meetings.
This event offered members an opportunity to engage in important dialogues on how Canada's universities can tackle both global and local challenges and continue to accelerate Canada's social and economic renewal.
Issues such as executive mental health and well-being, advancing reconciliation and Indigenization, the undergraduate student experience and shifting geopolitical realities were addressed. This year's program also featured a cross-country checkup to explore regional challenges and opportunities, identify latest trends and gather insights from executive heads across the country.
