Paul Dangerfield's key note speech at the SEAMEO RETRAC conference in Vietnam on July 5, 2019

Attending the conference were representatives from the Consulate General of Canada, the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia and the Royal Thai Consulate General, as well as leaders from the Japan Foundation for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and the HEAD Foundation in Singapore. 

The 2019 SEAMEO (Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization) RETRAC conference topic of focus was Leadership and Management in Higher Education: Driving Change with Global Trends.
