"I love that this University has such a strong sense of community. Everyone pulls together here – students, staff and faculty alike. It’s a great experience!"
– Jennifer Moore

Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Jennifer lived in England and France in the mid-'80s studying art and working on art projects such as Christo's installation, The Pont Neuf Wrapped. She joined Capilano in 2005 as a faculty member in the School of Motion Picture Arts and has served as Coordinator of the Documentary program. She is currently responsible for the University's Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts.

In addition to her experience at Cap, Jennifer has worked on feature films, television movies, and television series in the set decoration, props and art departments. She has also worked as a producer with Cadence Entertainment on feature films and television projects; as a business analyst with British Columbia Film, working with script development, production funding and tax credits for film and television; and as the Unit Manager for the Knowledge Network, overseeing their production slate.

Her off-campus roles include that of Vice President of the Board of Directors of Playwrights Theatre and Vice President of the Board of Directors of Crazy8's Film Society. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Fine Arts in Film Production and Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia.

She currently lives in Vancouver and, when not escaping to an island up the coast, enjoys travelling, writing and filmmaking.
